You have the right to receive your products in good condition.

If you are not entirely satisfied when you receive them, you may send them back to us in the same condition as you received them and we will happily provide you with replacements or refund your money.

This money back guarantee applies to within a 30 day period of your receiving the goods.

Once goods are returned, we will either credit your credit card or send you a check.

All prices are based on New Zealand currency ($NZD)

Delivery

·          Our freight and packaging charge will always be as economical as possible. If an order can be shipped for less than quoted, we will advise.

·          Delivery of goods within New Zealand will be by courier or New Zealand Post.

·          Overseas delivery will be by international airmail.

·          Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated or other arrangements have been made.
