Fresh hazelnuts have a slightly sweet taste, creamy texture, and crunch. They are a perfect accompaniment to salads, vegetables, fish, pork, chicken, deserts, pastas or soups either natural or slightly roasted.

Fresh hazelnuts are a good source of energy, high in monounsaturated fatty acids, and are cholesterol free. They are a good source of micronutrients, vitamin A, E, B12 and amino acids.
